All of our supervisors are Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals (PCQI) with additional HACCP and Food Labeling certifications.
These staff members are trained to write and implement a food safety plan. All PCQIs have completed training in developing and applying risk-based preventive controls. This training was provided by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) and recognized by the FDA.
Our entire staff, including cheesemakers, order pickers, maintenance, sanitation, transportation, and office personnel, is certified in food handling.
Each team member is Serv-Safe trained and certified with a Food Handler's and or Manager's Certification to protect the public from foodborne illness.
